A few years ago, our remit consisted of creating folders with flyers and brochures as information and accompanying material, but in 2017 we went a significant step further with the customer.
We developed the MB TruST online portal. Our task: to communicate the comprehensive package of measures and to record service performance completely digitally during implementation in the current financial year.
With up-to-date news, feedback channels and reporting functions, the companies are now directly networked in their sales areas and receive ongoing support throughout the year.
