Openness, transparency and dialogue are important when you have big plans and want to involve the public. HKV is planning to renaturalise the clay pits near Rüdersdorf, close to the district of Herzfelde, once they have been exhausted and also to develop them into a recreational area with an artificial mountain and small areas of water.
The project has been known for a long time and yet all residents of the neighbouring communities, political representatives and the general public should gain a deeper insight. After all, where something changes, there is often a heated debate and the facts have to be right.
Under the motto: ‘More ideas. More green. More for Herzfelde!’, a website was created following a design project for the company's image. It contains important information and visualisations relating to the project, which will take up to 30 years to complete.
With visualisations of the site, a video animation, before and after simulations and an FAQ and press section, the information is presented in a well-structured digital format.
