When the customer arrives at the service centre for maintenance, they are greeted by the service manager in the reception area. A lounge-like area and the ideal place to place promotional material and giveaways.
But because not everything can always revolve around the next order, we deliberately designed a giveaway to pass on. The colouring book "A star goes on a journey" is aimed at our customers' younger children who enjoy drawing and colouring.
The colouring book "A star goes on a journey" tells the story of the transport of field-fresh Italian tomatoes in Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles - from the journey across the Alps to Germany, from reloading at the intermediate dealer into smaller vans, to delivery to the market. Destination: the cooking pot at home, where the tomatoes are transformed into a delicious sauce.
When imagination comes into play, the TV and smartphone can stay away for a while. That was the idea.
