Selectberlin Residential is a renowned property company. The focus is on the valuation, purchase and sale of houses and flats, the development of land and property projects. The company has discerning - often internationally orientated - clients.
We have designed and created a new website for Selectberlin Residential. However, the website is much more than a corporate presence. Selected offers are synchronised directly with the internal property database and information on industry trends is published.
An integrated financing calculator allows customers to customise their desired purchase amount, equity, term and then view suitable properties.
At the front end, we implemented the website according to the Bootstrap design concept and integrated the TYPO3 CMS for flexible content management.
An interface was specially programmed to use the database from the industry programme Estate Pro, which uses XML export and simultaneously enables publication in the major property portals. This gives employees a convenient way to publish approved offers.
